Search Options

In the field 'event title' you can either fill in the complete event or its initial letters.

Example: Instead of 'Phantom of the Opera' you can also enter 'Phan'..

Sensitive or insensitive case doesn't matter..
In the ‚advanced search' you can further use the following search options:

If you are not sure in spelling a term, just leave the field blank. Our database will find the event on the basis of the other criterias anyway.

Example: Searching 'Phantom of The Opera' in London, you don't need to know the theatre. It is sufficient to search for the title and the city.

Login / Logout

If you have already ordered with us, you can ‚log in'. For identification we need your email address and your customer number which you receive with your online order confirmation.
Please note that a login might delete the content of your shopping cart..

Logout deletes the user data from your browser. This function is only useful if you do not wish that other users can view your customer data on the PC (i.e. in an internet café).

Status of Your Order

On www.topevents24.de/public you can get the stauts of your order at any time. Therefore you need your email address and your cutomer number which you find on your confirmation notice.

The are different possiblities for the status of your order:

• 'Bestellt': Your order is registered in the system.
• 'Bearbeitet': Your order is currently in process.
• 'Bestätigt': Your order is confirmed.
• 'Verschickt': Your documents have been sent.
