T&T is active as provider of hard to obtain tickets and does not understand themselves not as usual ticket sales office. The procurement of the tickets takes place at the face value plus from the organizer or from another agency in calculation placed advance booking or handling charges, forwarding charges and the value-added tax contained if necessary.

T&T calculates a commission fee for the on trust administration of above total costs on the ticket purchase price plus procurement costs. The commission fee is already contained in our quotations, as far as nothing different one is noted.

Ticket orders cannot be cancelled. With denial of taking ordered tickets the entire ticket price becomes due including all fees. Under reservation reselling of cancelled tickets can be tried. Only the ticket price less a handling charge at a value of 10 %, obtained by resale, is returned.
